- Convention registration fee is $2,000 for two people and includes all conference sessions, meals, social functions, and transportation for social functions to and from the hotel. $750 for each additional full participant.
- The social participant registration fee is $500 per person and covers the cost for spouse/partners attending the social functions on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights.
- The conference registration fee does not include airfare, hotel rooms, ground transportation to and from the airport, and incidental expenses.
- The Vendor registration is $1,000 unless you have taken a sponsorship package that includes a registration fee(s).
Yes, even if you have just signed your franchise agreement, we encourage you to attend the 2025 Homecoming Convention.
- As soon as you register, you will be sent an invoice for your registration fees which will be due on presentation of the invoice and can be paid using the link in the invoice.
- All conference registration fees must be paid prior to attending the convention and by the due date on the invoice. In the event that your registration fee remains unpaid by September 30, 2025, we will ACH the payment.
- Accommodation for rooms may be paid for directly to the hotel using the hotel room reservation link provided on the website and registration form.
- If you register by July 31, 2025, you are eligible to pay your registration fee in installments. Installment payments will be due on August 15, September 15 and October 15. Must be paid in full prior to attending the convention.
Yes. We encourage you to bring your staff members. Please complete the registration form accordingly. The cost of registration and travel arrangements apply.

- Please note, if (your spouse/partner) is planning to attend the conference sessions, they will need to register as a full participant. This only applies to spouse/partner that is not a franchise owner.
We would hate for you to miss out on the 2025 Convention. The conference fee is a mandatory payment per the Franchise Agreement. Please speak with your Brand President if you have any additional questions.
The conference registration fee is a mandatory payment agreed upon in your franchise agreement and there are no refunds.

No, however, we encourage you to stay in the conference hotel for convenience and added comradery with your fellow franchisees.

There is no organized transportation from Orlando International Airport. There are Ride Share options as well as rental cars available.
- Self-parking $38/day maximum and is paid every exit of the parking garage.
- Parking fees are not included in the price of the hotel reservation.

Yes, at your own arrangements and expenses. The Convention hotel rate will be available 3 days before and after the convention dates.
