Rookie of the Year
This award honors a new owner in their first year of operation who has quickly made their mark with outstanding enthusiasm, commitment, and performance. Though early in their franchise ownership journey, they’ve already shown exceptional potential, adaptability, and a strong work ethic. Their ability to navigate the challenges of opening and growing their franchise, while making an immediate impact, sets them apart as a true example of what can be accomplished with dedication and determination. The criteria for winning this award include an assessment of compliance and success with the 90 Day Plan, meeting their agreed commitments to establish their business, strong sales performance (better than plan), and participation in required meetings.
Top Producer of the Year
This award is the highest recognition for outstanding sales success in the HomeFront Brands network. It is given to the franchise owner who has achieved exceptional sales results above their planned sales goals and more than any other owner, demonstrating unwavering dedication and a remarkable ability to grow revenue. The Top Producer of the Year is a sales champion as they recognize there can be no bottom line without a strong top line. They set the bar for others and inspire those around them about what is possible.
C.A.R.E.S. Award
This award recognizes an individual who embodies the CARES values that define HomeFront Brands. Chosen by votes from their fellow franchisee owners, this person goes above and beyond in key areas: community engagement, accountability, respect for others, pursuit of excellence, and commitment to exceptional service and business performance. This individual represents the very best of HomeFront Brands.
Brand Team Member of the Year
This award recognizes an individual who shows exceptional customer service at the owner level of the business. The winners show a commitment to customer service, as shown by glowing reviews and client testimonials. They’re a clear team player and can be seen often going above and beyond to help their colleagues succeed. Owners vote for who they believe is deserving of this award.
Vendor of the Year
Vendor of the year is chosen by franchise owners who vote for that vendor which has consistently upheld high service standards, reliability and worked with us to grow our businesses. Vendors are an important and critical part of our business and it’s appropriate to acknowledge the support they give us.
Franchisee of the Year
This award is the highest honor given to a member of our franchise family. It recognizes someone whose dedication, leadership, and business success truly reflect our C.A.R.E.S. values. The Franchisee of the Year goes above and beyond in supporting their business, team, and community. They overcome challenges, adapt to change, and continue to drive growth. Their passion, innovation, and commitment to excellence inspire their fellow franchise owners and everyone in our organization.
All facets of business performance and leadership are considered in deciding the winner. For example, sales growth, year-on-year growth, compliance with the brand marketing & operational standards, contribution to supporting franchisee colleagues, and showing personal accountability for their business’s performance and profitability. To be eligible for Franchisee of the Year a franchisee must have won one of the other award categories in the same year.
Overall Franchisee of the Year
The highest honor awarded to a member of our franchise family, this recognition celebrates an individual owner whose commitment, leadership, and strong business acumen truly reflect our brand’s values and vision. The Franchisee of the Year consistently shows remarkable dedication to their business, themselves, their team, their fellow owners, and the community they serve.
To be eligible for HomeFront Brands Franchisee of the Year, a franchisee must have won Franchisee of the Year.
Salesperson of the Year
This award recognizes an individual who has demonstrated exceptional sales performance and dedication to their craft over the past year in a single brand. The recipient consistently surpasses sales targets, drives revenue growth, and embodies the highest standards of professionalism and customer care. Their ability to cultivate strong relationships, innovative approach to problem-solving, and passion for delivering results make them a key contributor to the success of an owner’s business. The winner of salesperson of the year is decided by selecting the person (who can be an owner) who has exceeded their annual or semi-annual goal by the highest percentage.
HFB Team Member of the Year
This award acknowledges exceptional dedication and unwavering commitment to our team and franchise owners. This award winner is an individual who consistently goes above and beyond to support and uplift all around them. The winner is voted on by HFB team members and franchise owners. This award recognizes that the true strength of any organization lies in its people.
Overall Salesperson of the Year
This award recognizes the most outstanding sales results across the entire HomeFront Brands family. To be eligible for HomeFront Brands Salesperson of the Year, they must have won a brand Salesperson of the Year. A franchisee operating as salesperson is eligible for this award.
Terms and Conditions: Any brand must have a minimum of 2 franchisees in brand trading for a minimum of 6 months to qualify for the awards. Franchisees must be in good standing in HomeFront Brand’s sole discretion. Employees of HFB must be employed for 6 months and be in good standing. Employees of any franchisee that is nominated must be employed for 6 months and be in good standing. The decision of the franchisor and HomeFront Brands is final. No negotiation. We reserve the right to alter the awards criteria at any time without notice. Prizes can’t be redeemed for cash or transferred to another brand or franchisee. Franchisees, their employees and HFB employees agree to participate in all promotions and marketing activity created by HFB because of these awards. Brand Founder locations are not eligible for an award, but their team members are. To be eligible for the Franchisee of the Year awards, the franchisee must have first won an award in another category in the same year. You can nominate yourself for an award. But don’t be that guy! Nomination does not mean automatic acceptance into the awards. HFB and the franchisor reserve the right to reject any nomination. Franchisees must nominate a colleague for the CARES Award, Team Member Award, HFB Team Member Award in the format we stipulate. Rookie of the Year is voted upon by the HFB team to a mixed criteria of CARES adoption, sales and training participation. Top Producer is the highest sales by a franchisee as determined by HFB. Franchisee of the Year awards are decided by the management team of HFB by consensus. We assess all franchisees’ performance and qualifications. Award decisions and criteria are subject to change at our sole discretion.
